I purchased this book because it was required for my phlebomoty class but I actually liked it. I expected the usually confusing textbook written in "textbook" language but it was anything but that. It easy to understand, helpful illustrations and a lot of practice quizzes that were very useful.

Book had some water damage making the pages stick together and almost every end of chapter quiz had the circles answered. Its difficult to learn like that. Paid for quicker shipping, happy I did. Book content is what matters and this seems to have everything I need.
